This is CUSTOM DIGI Print (DTF) Transfer.

You -MAY- combine multiple images if "Gangsheet/COMBO sheet " is chosen.

If you choose Gang sheet - please NOTE this is for a gang sheet that you have already made and is ready to upload. if you need help CREATING A GANG SHEET - CLICK HERE
If you choose ad "ADD-ON" option of image editing, please provide details in the notes section at checkout.
If you choose XL and you have a LONG image you design will print at a MAX of 15" HIGH (unless specified in the "Comments/notes") that you have a heat press larger than 15" and you do indeed want it printed at the longer length.
Please note that images with "extra space" will have dead space cropped away and resized to fit your selected size. This ALSO includes gangsheets. In addition, gangsheets might be reorganized to give you the most value on your gang sheet.

Please provide a HIGH resolution image with a transparent background (png or svg format is best) in CMYK format. We print what you provide so please make sure it is a transparent background, high resolution (300 dpi) image in CMYK format for best printing results. (RGB --> CMYK colors can shift so submitting images IN CMYK is best)

Current turnaround time (TAT) is about 5-7 business days to shipping. Shipping service that you select at checkout is for SHIPPING time. Processing time and Shipping time are separate timeframes.

There are no returns or refunds on any transfers. If you need to have an item before a certain date then please contact us and you can pay for expedited shipping. We unfortunately have no control over USPS or the weather so if you do not receive an item when you need it, there will be no returns.

Due to the rapid turnaround time for these transfers we can only offer cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. However, no returns or cancellations will be accepted once the item has been shipped. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We really try to return all messages within 24-48 hours.
