Return/Refund Policy:

Digital Designs: As the product is delivered instantly to you, no returns or refunds will be accepted. However, please feel free to contact us if you have any queries, and we will try to respond to your messages within 24-48 hours.

Transfers: Our turnaround time for Ready-to-Press transfers is 3-7 business days. However, please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping is determined by the shipping method you choose at checkout and does not impact processing time. We have no control over USPS/UPS or the weather, so if you do not receive the item when you need it, we cannot accept any returns. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery at a certain time. We do not offer refunds on transfers.

In the case of any issues with your order, please contact us at and provide photos of your order. Replacement prints will be sent via USPS First Class Shipping (with an option for you to pay to upgrade shipping) and may be subject to inspection prior to replacements being sent. Please note that order cancellations or refunds will be refunded minus any associated fees.
